The 2023 Halloween Party at CRTN was well attended on Halloween night. The party is an annual favorite with many residents wearing a variety of amazing costumes. Susan Pendleton and her daughter were the winners of this year's costume contest. They were dressed in "Royal Court" attire, hand sewn by Susan herself.
